Goose Bay, NL – The Innu Development Limited Partnership (IDLP) and the Nunatsiavut Group of Companies (NGC) announced today they have partnered with PAL Airlines for the provision of air services under a new brand, Air Borealis. Air Borealis will continue to provide quality service and reliability while being poised for growth both within Labrador and beyond. The Air Borealis brand represents the rich cultures of both indigenous groups.

Air Borealis will continue to provide vital air service to coastal Labrador including added frequency with the introduction of a new midday flight to the North Coast. Air Borealis will also have access to more aircraft enabling faster response times and greater capacity for the delivery of goods and passengers.
Air Borealis has a Board of Directors with equal representation from each of its three partners. Air Borealis will commence operations on June 16, 2017.
